Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which B-CUBE Consulting Private Limited offers cancellations, refunds, and returns for products or services purchased through our website.
1. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order for products or courses at any time before the order has been processed or delivered. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team at support@b-cube.in.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following conditions:
- Products: Refunds for digital products are not possible once the product has been delivered and activated installed in your device. In rare circustances, B-CUBE shall choose to refund (Excluding the GST paid) based on case to case and B-CUBE reserves the rights to refuse or offer a refund.
- Courses: Refunds for courses will be issued if the access to the course has not been activated or completed. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@b-cube.in. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the receipt of the refund request or cancellation request.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for products or courses purchased. Customers may request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired product or course.
